IFI’s story dates back to 1996, having become instrumental in executing the build-out of The GAP stores, Banana Republic, and Old Navy retail spaces throughout Ontario. Since then, inspiration struck and IFI began focusing on construction projects in the Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) sector, also specializing in grocery retail.
For the past 27 years, IFI has been a leading provider of complete interior finishes in North America. IFI provides high-quality and customizable interior fixtures, carpentry, millwork, and various finishes to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of commercial spaces. Predominantly tailoring to some of Ontario’s main grocery chains, IFI has built long-term relationships with clients based on trust, reliability, and attention to detail.
International Fixture Installations Inc. (IFI) consists of a highly skilled team comprised of project managers, coordinators, site supervisors as well as experienced carpenters who work alongside one another to manage and execute each individual project.
IFI’s reputation for quality and an efficient turn-around process made for an ideal partner in the grocery retail environment. Through this, IFI has fostered multiple relationships with clients by delivering high-quality results and will continue to provide ongoing support for future projects.

Arsenal Constructors Inc. (ACI) naturally evolved from multiple IFI clients’ requests for broader management and construction services. Being a full-service general contractor, the ACI team provides end-to-end project management.
Both companies implement quality control processes, adhere to project specifications, and enforce safety protocols to ensure client satisfaction for every project.
An impressive work ethic combined with niche expertise catapulted the success of International Fixture Installations Inc. and Arsenal Constructors Inc.
